1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders placed on our website https://thegoldenglyph.com/ or through our Android app will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement.

  • As we specialize in customized products, the production time may vary based on the complexity of the design and order volume.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery

  • We ship our products using trusted third-party courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, national or statewide lockdowns, festivals, government holidays, or other logistical challenges.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned during the checkout process before payment is completed.

  • Any additional charges such as customs duties (for international shipping, if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable & Replacement Policy

  • As we primarily offer customized products, refunds are not applicable unless:

    • The product is received in a damaged condition.

    • The product is defective or does not match the customization requested.

  • We may require photo/video evidence of the damage/defect before processing a replacement.
