1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders placed on our website https://thegoldenglyph.com/ or through our Android app will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement.
As we specialize in customized products, the production time may vary based on the complexity of the design and order volume.
2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery
We ship our products using trusted third-party courier services.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the customer’s location.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, national or statewide lockdowns, festivals, government holidays, or other logistical challenges.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Any additional charges such as customs duties (for international shipping, if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
4. Non-Refundable & Replacement Policy
As we primarily offer customized products, refunds are not applicable unless:
The product is received in a damaged condition.
The product is defective or does not match the customization requested.

We may require photo/video evidence of the damage/defect before processing a replacement.
