1. No Refunds on Customized Products
Since we specialize in customized and personalized products, we do not offer refunds or returns on these items. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product along with the packaging.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Order Cancellation
Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once they are processed.
Standard products (if applicable) can only be canceled before they are shipped.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
If your product is damaged or defective, follow these steps:

Provide your order number, product details, and clear images showing the defect/damage.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
In case of replacements, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for defective or damaged products.
For any other concerns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
